Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit (e.g., broken glass vials) or has missing components, you must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for a free replacement or store credit, you must email or WhatsApp a clear photograph or unboxing video showing the damaged or incorrect items alongside your packing slip.

Customs Seizures (For International Shipments): For orders shipped outside of Malaysia, the buyer assumes all responsibility for local import laws and customs clearances. Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order for a full refund only if the package has not yet been processed or shipped by our warehouse team. Once a tracking number is generated, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
